FBPC has both the PFIZER and MODERNA Vaccine available. They come in multi-dose vials, so it is necessary to call for an appointment to avoid vaccine waste. The appointment is also needed for paperwork, administration of vaccine, observation, and completion of your vaccination card.
Anthony Lundquist is a board-certified Adult/Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner. He obtained his Bachelor of Science in Nursing Degree from Sam Houston State University in 2012. Upon graduating, he worked as a Registered Nurse at the Texas Medical Center in a pre and postoperative organ transplant unit. For the last 8 years, he has been the Charge Nurse and Clinical Coordinator of an Intensive Care Unit where he helped lead a team through the COVID-19 pandemic. In 2021, Anthony graduated from The University of Texas – Arlington where he received his Master of Science as an Adult Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner.
